25/4/12 - Today I completed pages 12 & 13, which is focusing on beauty in the 60's. Today I also completed page 14, which is focused on a few films in the James Bond collection. This page will also have a few other films included on the page. I also started to plan out what to include in page 15. Page 15 will be based on Icons from the 60's. This will include stars such as Audrey Hepburn, Elvis Presley and Tony Curtis.

18/4/12 - Today I completed page 10 and 11 which is focused on the artist "Andy Warhol". Page 10 & 11 has information about Warhol's career and examples of some of his work were shown in the pages. Warhol was most famous for Pop Art. Marilyn Monroe was one canvas, which was popular. Today, I also started planning what to include in pages 12 &13. Page 12 &13 will focus on beauty in the 60's.

21/3/12 - Today I completed page 8 which is a page based on the bond film "From Russia with love" coming back to the big screen. I also wrote a film review based on the film for page 9. 14/3/12- Today I designed page 7 of the magazine, which is focusing on fashion in the 60's & today. I also started to plan page 8 of the magazine, which is going to focus on the James Bond classic called "From Russia with Love". This page will be based on the film being brought back to the cinemas, for a special screening. Below is an image of fashion from the 60's.

22/2/12 - Today I planned what I could include on the front cover of the magazine and I then went onto photoshop to produce the front cover of the magazine. The front cover of the magazine will include an image of the supermodel from the 60's called Twiggy. Below is an image of a draft front cover, which could be used in the magazine.

9/2/12 - Today I researched some 60's films, which could be included in the magazine. One film that I researched was the James Bond film called "Dr No". This was the very first Bond film that was released. The film was released in 1962 and it stars Sean Connery. Ursula Andress played the character of Honey Ryder in the film and she was the first actress ever to play the bond girl. 2/2/12 - Today I continued to look for images which related to the 60's, which could be used for the mood board. I also did some research on the Internet which related to music, films and fashion. One icon that I researched was the supermodel called Twiggy. Twiggy had a skinny figure, boyish haircut and striking eye lashes. Twiggy became the idol for millions of teenage girls of the sixties. 1/2/12 - Today I started to research some images from the Internet, that I could use for a mood board. I also filled out my brief for the magazine, which includes different factors like what is the purpose of the magazine. The purpose of the magazine would be to inform people of the different aspects of the 60's. Below is an image of an iconic film from the 60's, which is called "From Russia with Love"
